About Pledgely

Pledgely makes Salesforce-native apps (messaging, forms, files, and email) from Vancouver, Canada.
Pledgely was founded in 2025 in Vancouver, British Columbia, by a Salesforce consultant who spent years implementing other vendors' tools for clients, and kept hitting the same walls. Pricing that required three calls to learn. "Integrations" that were really someone else's server holding a copy of the client's data. Per-message markups on top of carrier fees. Support queues that had never met the product.
So we build the versions of these tools we always wanted to install: apps that store no separate Pledgely copy of Salesforce data, require no standing access to the customer org, connect directly to provider accounts the customer owns, publish their prices on a web page, and answer support email with the people who wrote the code.
Today that's Pledgely SMS and Pledgely Forms, with Drive and Mail in development. Nonprofits get 25% off everything. The consulting years were full of them, and the affection stuck.

Native or nothing
If a product needs a server outside Salesforce, it needs a second security review, a second data policy, and a second point of failure. We build inside the org. Every app, no exceptions.
Transparent by default
Prices on the website. Comparison claims footnoted to public sources with capture dates.
Support is the product too
Questions go to the people who wrote the code. If the same question arrives twice, the answer becomes documentation.
