Pledgely Forms and its free tier
A form builder that lives inside Salesforce, with a genuinely free tier. Here is what it does and where the free line sits.
A form is only useful when its answers end up somewhere you can act on. With most form tools, the answers land in the tool, and you export or sync them into Salesforce later. Pledgely Forms skips that trip: submissions write directly to Salesforce, while Pledgely keeps no separate copy and has no standing access to your org.
Build it by dragging
Author forms on a visual canvas stocked with your org’s real fields. Add sections, headings, images, and multiple pages. Preview shows exactly what the form will create before it writes a single record, so you can trust it before you publish.
One form, many records
Map a single form to a whole graph of related records: a parent, its children, match-or-create rules, record types, and owners. Repeatable sections capture line items as child records. If any part of the save fails, the whole set rolls back, so you never end up with half a submission.
Safe for the public
Publish to Experience Cloud for anonymous visitors, with built-in spam protection and rate limiting. Logic and calculations run with your org as the final authority, so results cannot be tampered with in the browser. When a submission hits a snag, the answers are still captured, and an admin can repair and re-run it without re-asking the person who filled it out.
Where the free line sits
Pledgely Forms has a real free tier, not a locked demo. It is a genuine way to build and publish forms that write straight into Salesforce. The pricing page lays out what the free tier includes and where paid begins, in plain numbers.
