The other half of transparency
What you'll never pay
Per-message markup
Usage is billed by Twilio at their raw published rates. We charge for the app, never for a message.
Per-contact or per-record fees
The size of your database is not a pricing axis. Message as many records as you want; the app price is the app price.
A second product to unlock calling
Voice is one of two channels in the same package: one install, one vendor, one line item. Not a separate CTI product to buy.
Overage traps
No usage tiers to fall off of, so there is no surprise invoice when a campaign goes well.
Bring your own Twilio
The usage bill isn't ours to mark up.
Pledgely SMS runs on your Twilio account. You pay Twilio's published rates for every message and minute (the same ones on their public price list) and you pay Pledgely for the app. The two never mix.
That means no per-message markup, no per-contact fees, and no renegotiation when your volume grows. It also means the phone numbers, the message history, and any Twilio nonprofit credits are yours. If you ever leave, you keep all of it.
US carriers add per-segment surcharges (roughly $0.0035–$0.0045 on major carriers) and A2P 10DLC business-texting registration carries small one-time and monthly fees, all billed by Twilio at cost, none of it to Pledgely. WhatsApp adds Meta's separate per-conversation fees.
A month of texting: worked example
- 2,000 outbound texts 2,000 × $0.0083
- $16.60
- 1,000 replies received 1,000 × $0.0083
- $8.30
- 300 minutes of calls 300 × $0.014
- $4.20
- 1 local phone number monthly rental
- $1.15
- Twilio's bill, at their rates
- $30.25
- Pledgely markup
- $0.00

Standing offers
Three things we put in writing
We'll beat any written quote
Bring a competitor's written quote for comparable scope and we'll beat it. We confirm what counts as comparable in writing before you commit.
Free config-scope migration
Moving from a named competitor like Mogli or Formstack? We migrate your configuration (templates, forms, field mappings) at no charge and confirm the scope in writing before work begins.
Free Forms, no expiry
Start with up to 3 active forms and 1 builder seat for $0. It is a standing free tier, not a timer that turns into a bill.
Pricing questions
What will I actually pay per message?
Whatever Twilio charges: currently $0.0083 per outbound SMS segment on a US local number, billed by Twilio to your own account. US carriers add small per-segment surcharges (roughly $0.0035–$0.0045) and business texting requires a one-time A2P 10DLC registration; all of it goes to Twilio and the carriers at cost. Pledgely adds nothing on top.
How does the nonprofit discount work?
Registered nonprofits and charities get 25% off every paid Pledgely app, applied at purchase and at every renewal, not just year one. We ask for your registration details (501(c)(3), Canadian registered charity, or your local equivalent) when you buy.
What’s the catch with the free Forms tier?
There isn’t one. The free tier is a real tier: the builder, public forms on Experience Cloud, multi-object mapping, and spam protection at $0, for everyone, indefinitely. Paid features are for teams that need versioning, prefill and resume links, and the Submission Console.
Is voice a separate product?
No. Voice is one of the two channels in Pledgely SMS, in the same package and the same install. You license each user for Messaging, for Voice, or for both, so there is no second install and no separate CTI product to buy.
How does billing work?
Annual, invoiced, in USD. Your Twilio usage is separate and billed by Twilio directly to your own account. Prices on this page are per app: install only what you’ll use.
Want the walkthrough anyway?
Thirty minutes on your use case, and yes, you can ask about pricing on the call. You just don't have to.
