Documents and e-signatures, generated in Salesforce.
Most document tools retain a copy of your data while building and signing a file. Pledgely Docs is designed so Pledgely retains no separate copy and signing happens on your Pledgely Forms pages. Being built now.
Designed for v1
- Build document templates in a drag-and-drop editor over your org’s real fields, with merge fields, repeating tables, conditional sections, and your logo
- Generate on demand from a record, in bulk across a whole list, or automatically from a Flow, all from one setup
- Documents are generated from Salesforce and signed on Pledgely Forms pages without Pledgely retaining a separate copy
- Deliver the finished PDF your way: download it, email it attached, save it to the record, or post it to Chatter
- Collect e-signatures that hold up: send to one or more signers in order, capture their consent, and get back a sealed PDF with a full audit trail
- Signers sign on your own Pledgely Forms pages, so the person signing needs no login and you need no separate signing tool
- Stamp the record when a document is done, chase pending signers with automatic reminders, and start from ready-made nonprofit templates like grant letters and donor thank-yous
Design scope: features land when they ship, and we announce every milestone on the blog.

When is Pledgely Docs available?
It’s in development. The design is complete and the build is coming up in the suite. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when it reaches early access. We don’t publish dates.
Does the person signing need a Salesforce login?
No. Signing happens on your own Pledgely Forms pages, so a signer just opens a secure link. E-signature needs Pledgely Forms, which is free.
Does my document data leave Salesforce?
Pledgely stores no separate copy of your Salesforce records or signed PDFs and has no standing access to your org. Any delivery provider you connect processes only what you send through that provider.
