Event registration that lives in Salesforce.
Run sign-ups for your fundraisers, volunteer days, and open houses without a separate event platform holding your attendee list. Pledgely Events puts tickets, capacity, waitlists, and check-in on your Pledgely Forms pages, and every registrant lands in Salesforce. Being built now.
Designed for v1
- Publish an event with ticket types and capacity, then take sign-ups on a public Pledgely Forms page, with no separate event website to run
- Never oversell a room: a seat is held while someone registers and released if they don’t finish, so capacity is always honored
- Automatic waitlists: when an event fills up, a freed seat is offered to the next person in line without anyone lifting a finger
- Sign up a whole group in one submission, with each attendee tracked individually on the roster
- Check people in at the door from a phone, by QR code or by name, against a live roster you can search, filter, and export
- Every registrant gets a confirmation with their QR code and a calendar invite, plus optional reminders before the day
- Put out a public list of upcoming events with a click, and gate member-only tickets behind an access code
Free events work first, and paid ticketing arrives with Pledgely Pay.

Where do my registrations go?
Straight into your Salesforce org, captured on your own Pledgely Forms pages. There is no outside event platform holding your attendee list.
