Most form tools write to one object and leave the rest to you. A Pledgely form maps to parents, children, and line items in a single transaction: a volunteer application can create the Contact, the Application, and every Availability row at once.

Where does my form data go?
Your submissions are stored in Salesforce. Pledgely stores no separate copy and has no standing access to your org.
Can anonymous visitors submit forms?
Yes. Forms publish to your Experience Cloud site for public, no-login submission, protected by built-in spam protection, including reCAPTCHA v3 with a v2 fallback and rate limiting. Guest access is enforced on the server and cannot be faked.
Can one form create multiple related records?
Yes. That’s the mapping forest. One form can create or update a whole graph of related records in a single all-or-nothing transaction, including repeating child records from line-item sections.
What happens when a submission fails?
The captured answers are never lost. The submission lands in the Submission Console marked Failed with the exact platform error, and an admin can correct the values and re-run it: no re-asking the respondent.
